George Hsu
President

George Hsu is the President of EQQY GROUP, which he founded in July 2004 and continues to oversee day-to-day operations, sales and marketing. EQQY GROUP continuously delivers quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations, a philosophy George applies to every project with the help of a very talented team.

Fun fact: George and ice cream are friends, especially when his other friend, Summer, visits.

Greg Chang
Vice President

Shortly after graduating from Simon Fraser University, Greg joined EQQY GROUP in September 2006. Aside from trying to explain how Economics makes the world go around, Greg is currently the Vice President and oversees all company finances.

Fun fact: Greg once ate 10 McChicken burgers at the McDonalds inside of Metropolis, Metrotown.

Natalie Gartland
Project Manager

Natalie has a passion for assisting people in realizing their goals and contributing to their success. As a graduate of BCIT’s New Media Design & Web Development program and with her small business operations experience in management, communications, and exceptional customer service, she blends both the technical and interpersonal skills needed to bring visions to life, from paper to screen.

Fun Fact: Natalie inline skated in one of the world's largest roller rallies in Paris last year, and cannot wait to do it again.

Kathy Chung
Senior Graphic Designer

Kathy has a Bachelor of Communication Design degree from Emily Carr University in Vancouver. She has been indulging herself in design ever since. She thinks design is a process in progress. For her, design is not merely problem solving but also problem developing that requires consideration, iterative adjustment, and re-design.

Fun fact: As a designer you're always faced with criticism, so Kathy meditates to calm and destress!

Damien Lee
Lead Web Developer

Damien has proven his capability and willingness to learn is infinite, earning him the reputation of a Lead Web Developer. While programming and web development are both Damien's hobby, and job; he loves and enjoys his work.

Damien is a little health conscious, which drives him to regularly jog a few kilometers to stay fit. "If you haven't got your health, you haven't got anything at all!", as they say.

Fun quote: Sushi is greatness wrapped in greatness rice, FYI.

Alan Chen
Junior Web Developer

After graduate from high school, Alan took the New Media Design & Web Development program at BCIT. Between the courses, he is obsessed by how cool it is to type like crazy and come up with a bunch of text that only programmer can understand. Since then, he has been focusing on different coding language and eager to learn as much as he could.

When he is free, he plays violin or go swimming. He learn violin for 7 years, and even though he had stop learning, he still plays it as an entertainment. Also, he won the fourth place for 100 meter free style in high-school competition of entire Vancouver.

Fun fact: He is really crazy about gummy bears that he named all his creation after "gummy".
